Sarah has over 30 years experience from a broad range of project in fields of landscape design, site planning, landscape ecology and landscape management throughout New Zealand and overseas.
Particular interest lies in both environments for living and for education. She has been involved in site planning work for a range of environments and has supervised many projects through to implementation. Sarah has a strong interest in the opportunities that schools at all levels offer for environmental education and that all living environments offer for interpretation of their environment and natural systems.
Skilled in community and stakeholder consultation, she works to develop design solutions which meet group and community needs.
A good negotiator, she is valued as a member of multidisciplinary teams and project committees across an array of professions. She has been involved in large scale projects working alongside engineers and architects and re-vegetation projects working alongside ecologists – she understands appropriate species for different environments.
