Intensification of an existing facility

Our landscape architects and planners have contributed to the master plan which supports the progressive redevelopment and intensification of the exisiting care facility in an area subject to volcanic cone sensitivity overlay. We also conducted the assessment of landscape and visual effects and landscape design for a first stage building, now consented and future stages subject to unitary plan.
