Megan is passionate about design within the urban context, as she believes that well-designed streets, spaces and communities can greatly enhance the well-being of both people and the environment. Her approach strongly influenced by context and it is through responding to the unique cultural, environmental and functional conditions of a site that she arrives at meaningful, elegant design solutions.
Megan’s experience ranges from master planning to construction, often working as part of large, multi-disciplinary teams for clients such as Central and Local Government, Iwi, education providers and private developers. She has a particular strength in concept development and graphic communication and is skilled at listening and interpreting client needs then working together to develop high-quality outcomes.
Having worked in both the Christchurch and Wellington offices she has contributed to a number of significant projects across the country, including the design of streetscapes, public spaces, waterfronts, cycleways, business parks, housing and campus developments.
