Peter joined Boffa Miskell in May 2019, as a Landscape Architect. He has previously been a Principal of Wilder Associates, a Director of Survey Drone, and a Partner of Macfarlane Wilder. Prior to that he worked for a number of well-known urban design, masterplanning and heritage consultants in the UK and Germany.
Before joining Boffa Miskell Peter had a portfolio of projects spanning 18 countries including UK, China, Brazil, Bermuda, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, Kenya, Equatorial Guinea, UAE and East Timor. His work is closely aligned to his passion for water and he has advised on and designed both buildings and urban masterplans that embrace the climate change resilience, sustainability and biodiversity that water brings to urban environments. Peter has written many publications, spoken at conferences internationally and is a visiting lecturer at The University of Greenwich and Oxford Brookes University on design technology and environmental design.
Peter retains his role as a BRE (Building Research Associate), advising governments and developers on innovation in construction and, as part of this role, has led design teams on the design of construction research centres in Watford, Glasgow, Beijing, Gui’an, Portland, Toronto and Brazilia.
