Ralph Henderson | Planner, Principal

Ralph has extensive experience handling planning and resource management matters for Territorial Authorities and Regional Councils. This includes policy development and implementation under the Resource Management Act, with a particular focus on policy formulation and the administration of associated processes, from initial strategy development and consultation right through to environment court hearings. Ralph’s expertise also includes the management of consenting and designation processes from both the perspective of the applicant and the consent authority.

He has strong project management skills, co-ordinating input from different technical experts as part of the production of planning documents and Assessments of Environmental Effects.
