About Scott

Scott has worked as a professional ecologist for over thirteen years. Since commencing work with Boffa Miskell in 2008, he has been involved in a range of projects including the identification and assessment of significant natural areas, hydro and wind energy generation and irrigation projects, where he works with and provides ecological advice to local government, project managers, engineers and other environmental professionals.

He specialises in the survey and assessment of ecological values and the preparation of ecology reports for Assessment of Effects on the Environment. His project work also involves identification of significant indigenous vegetation and habitats, GIS mapping and analysis, preparation of management plans and advising on ecological restoration projects.

Scott is an experienced field ecologist who has carried out ecological surveys, assessments and monitoring in a wide range of ecosystems. He has an excellent working knowledge of ecological patterns and processes and excellent botanical and fauna identification skills.
