An unusually shaped space has been developed, expanding the area available for all types of play and outdoor learning experiences.
This project offered an inspirational opportunity to develop a range of spaces for the students. The area was large and the concept opened up parts of the site that had formerly been ‘out of bounds’ for the students.
Students are able to play through a range of spaces depending on their mood — there are opportunities for quiet, as well as spaces for busy group play and challenging opportunities. There are areas in the sun and in the shade; depending on the time of day and the weather different spaces will be preferred.
