Boffa Miskell has been working with Kahawai Point Developments Ltd on the Kahawai Point Development since 2014. During this time, we have provided urban design/masterplanning, landscape architecture, landscape planning and ecological services for Stages 1 – 5 of the development.
Located in Glenbrook, the Kahawai Point Development is positioned on a peninsula that sits between the Taihiki River and the Waiuku River. The landscape design is tailored to reinforce and celebrate the local identity and sense of place, with a focus on quality spaces for people, access, recreation, coastal ecology and the significant cultural aspects and heritage of the Taihiki River and wider landscape.
