Robust and responsive engagement improves a project’s social, environmental, cultural, and economic outcomes, and increases support and buy-in from stakeholders and the community. Recognising that no two communities are the same, we work with you to understand the values unique to your project and the results what you hope to achieve. We then bring the right people to develop an approach and solution that supports your goals.
The dynamics and needs of communities are constantly changing. Responding appropriately requires an in-depth understanding of their existing and future expectations; and the values, use and character of their public and open spaces. We will work closely with you and your community to help learn, express, and respond to the history of the site and the aspirations of the people to shape places in which they’ll want to live, work and play.
IAP2-accredited consultants from our engagement, planning, design and science teams will assist you to engage with and understand stakeholders, local community, iwi/hapū, Councillors and the wider public and get them on board with your policy or project.
