Landscape Architecture is vital to the social and ecological sustainability of our whenua. I am passionate about designing and delivering high-quality, meaningful landscapes that cultivate quality of life and community and environmental resilience. As a father, I am particularly passionate about playspace design and its role in early childhood development.

I joined Boffa Miskell Auckland in 2022 from one of Australia’s most awarded Landscape Architecture firms, where I worked on some of the practices largest projects, including the acclaimed Scarborough Foreshore Redevelopment in Western Australia, and Southbank Boulevard in Melbourne. I also spent three years working in Hobart, Tasmania, where I designed and managed projects for a range of clients from local government to the State’s Parks and Wildlife Service. Most notably, I delivered the practice’s largest project, Kingston Park - a park and playspace - heralded as one of the Tasmania’s best playgrounds.

With a background in Visual Communication and Permaculture, I am passionate about an iterative approach to design, combining hand-drawing, 3D modelling with high attention to detail. I pride myself on beautiful, rich, contemporary landscape design, built on dynamic explorations of site and community, and stakeholder collaboration. I embrace a good challenge and pride myself in my ability to problem solve.
