Kaihoahoa Whenua | Landscape Architect
Kaiaho | Graduate
I am from Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland and have a passion for the everchanging urban and coastal environment of Aotearoa New Zealand. My interests in the landscape world respond to environmental, transport and social issues through to an urban context.
At Boffa Miskell, I have had the opportunity to work on a range of projects from large housing developments to small open space design. My experience also includes work in the design of play spaces and residential gardens.
Before joining Boffa Miskell, I completed my Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (Hons, 1st) at Lincoln University in Ōtautahi Christchurch. My Major Design project had a focus on responding to sea level rise through a unique urban landscape that involved ecological opportunities while continuing to enhance the urban environment of Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.
I am keen to continue to learn and widen the breadth of my work to involve streetscape design and master planning.
